PSD with trasparent background problem

I have the latest version of C1 PRO 16.5.0.29 on a MacBook M2 PRO and a very strange thing happens to me, if I modify a file with photoshop and save it with a transparent background, C1 does not see the file, as if it did not exist, if I save it with a background (so not transparent) magically I can see the file in the viewer, how can I solve it?

  Capture One can't deal with transparency. What format is Photoshop saving the file in?

  I use the latest released version of Photoshop and save by selecting extended compatibility, in the standard Photoshop way.

  by the way, I noticed that if I apply a non-transparent background to the file in Photoshop, as soon as I save it I immediately see the file appear in the C1 library
