If you want help with this you'll have to give more details. It appears that you are on Windows - what version? And what version of Capture One are you using? What were you doing when you got this error message?

I'm using Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC. Before installing the latest version, I was using Capture One Pro v16.4.1.2127, which worked fine. However, when I switched to Capture One v16.5.0.2494, it prompted an error. After fully uninstalling Capture One Pro and reinstalling v16.5.0.2494, the software still displayed 'Exception Processing Message 0xc0000005 - Unexpected parameters'. Finally, I uninstalled v16.5.0.2494 and reinstalled v16.4.1.2127, which worked normally again. Therefore, I believe there may be a bug in the v16.5.0.2494 version!

Yes. I have the same since 16.3. But it "looks" better with 16.5.1

C1 is aware of that and struggled to fix it since them. Please fill a request to "raise" the issue level on their side.

Be aware this issue is a bit "weird", I could work one day without anything but it could crash then every 5 minutes the next day,

-> For me, it ONLY happens when a live session is active in you current session

-> if the requester pops up, move if on the side and C1 will work fine. However Live will be non functional

    Regards
