How to change or disable the Splash Screen on Windows 11?

It is a bit of a pet peeve of mine, but I just hate splash screens, especially when a program takes a long time to load like CO. After you see the same image for the hundredth time, it gets old. I have seen people saying they can disable and change the splash screen image on Macs, but I can not find a way to do it on a Windows computer.

If in the off chance that CO devs have not provided a built-in way to do this, please tell me where the splash screen image is located or what it's file name is?  I have done deep searches in the CO install directories and cannot find it.

  Yeah. I would be interested too. or customised it. The splash screen picture annoyed me every day..
