raw en capture one 20

Good afternoon,

I had a Sony A7 III and Capture One read the files fine, I bought a Sony A7 IV and now neither Capture One nor Photoshop read the files.

What is the solution? Is it a codec, plugin that needs to be installed? I have never updated Capture One Pro 20, how do I do it?
