Labels in Full Screen mode
In full-screen mode, you must do View -> Customize Viewer -> Labels every time you enter full-screen. Please go to the feature request page and upvote "Persistent Labels in Full Screen Mode" so someone will pay attention. This should be an easy fix. Waiting 3 years is ridiculous.

This doesn't happen on my machines (M2 MacBook Pro, M2 Studio Ultra, both running C1 16.3 & macOS Sonoma), and hasn't happened with earlier versions of C1 and macOS (at least back to C1 12). I see the text labels in both normal and full screen mode. You may have something else going on.
Have you tried saving your workspace with labels as a custom workspace and the using that?

I also have an M2 MacBook Pro. Let's make sure we're talking about the same thing. I'm in normal adjustment mode with labels. I go into full-screen - there are no labels. I do View -> Customize Viewer -> Label - labels appear. I exit full-screen (normal mode still shows labels), and reenter full-screen - there are no labels. There are votes for my request, so at least a few see this behavior as well.
I tried saving the workspace. (Great suggestion - thank you.) I made sure I had labels on in both modes, did the workspace save from full-screen, and restarted C1. Nothing changed.

I just right-clicked on the toolbar and selected "Icon and Text". I just tried what you described and see the same thing. Never thought of doing that, though. Using my method, icons and text consistently show when I move in and out of Full Screen mode.
