C1 can't read my Mac database on Windows 11

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to open my old database from Capture One Nikon 21 on a Windows machine using the latest version, but it isn’t working.

The database fails to update, returning an unknown error, and it’s not possible to verify it. The main issue is that I no longer have access to a Mac.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
