Zooming Increments?

I'm having issues with my zooming increment being inconsistent. I know and have gotten used to the increments at 25, 33, 55, 67, 100%........... The problem is, often times it changes to much larger increments 50, 67, 100%. I have no idea why it changes, and or how I can change it back. Any ideas?

  Is this always with the same camera and the same size original file? For my Nikon Z6ii, and my screen size, zoom to fit for an uncropped image is about 35%, but for my Z8 (higher pixel count) it is about 25%.

  Also while checking those %ages, I noticed something I had not noticed before., When you zoom with the slider it brings up a tooltip that says Option Key to not snap. Have you tried using that?

  Thanks Ian, I am using 2 GFX 50s ii's on two different sets. The same inconsistencies happen on both, with seemingly no rhyme or reason! I am conditioned to zoom in and out with the Command +-, just as we do in PS. I will check out the Option Key tip you suggested.

  I  think the Option key trick only works when you are dragging the slider, not when you are using Cmd +.
