Duplikat eines Bildes erstellen
Hallo,
Klaus

Klaus Bernhard - please ignore the reply you had from "FirstName LastName". Probably from a bot, and not a technically correct answer. I have had that reply sent for moderation.
Unfortunately, there is currently no way of renaming just one variant - users have previously suggested that as a useful feature, but it's not available as an option at the moment.
However there are a couple of things you can do.
- You could give the cloned variant a colour tag - perhaps Blue for images you want to print. You can tag it differently from the original variant. If you used that consistently you could always tell which were the images for printing.
or
- You could drag the cloned variant to an album, perhaps called "Printing" or something. It's a fairly recent feature that you can add a variant to an album without the other variants having to be added too.
You could even combine both methods - perhaps give them a blue tag and create a smart album called "Printing" for images with blue tags.
(You could also head over to https://captureone.ideas.aha.io/ and look for any requests for the feature of being able to rename variants, and upvote it.)
Hope that helps.
