Can't process Sony A7RIV or Canon R5MKII RAW files - getting the View only permission status Eye icon on thumbnails

Recently updated to V16.5.0.29 - can someone help solve the 'View only permission status' - getting the Eye icon on thumbnails so can't process. Not sure why as I can process the A7RIV files on earlier versions of C1. The Canon R5MkII isa new addition so haven't processed anything from it on earlier versions but have checked the compatible C1 versions and it says you can from V16.4.5

Any help appreciated ...
