if you want help with this, you'll have to give a lot more information, such as
- what version of Capture One are you using?
- are you on Mac or Windows, and what version?
- what camera are you using? Have you checked that Capture One supports it for tethering?
Also this question is not about account activation and payments, so I will move it to a more suitable topic.
