I think that if you want help with this issue you'll have to provide a lot more information about the exact setup, what OS, what version of Capture One, where the images are stored, etc.

Are any of the source catalog images "offline"? Any offline images will be skipped.

    C1 Version: 16.4.6.20

MacOS as stated above: Sequoia 15.1.1

    M1 Pro 16GB

Images are on the internal Macbook SSD as well as the Catalogues

All of the ca.1500 images are stored in the same folder, only a little less of half of them get imported.

None of the images are offline.

Any other information I could provide ?

Are the pictures possible already in the destination catalog?

I think I got it to work now,

looks like there is a bug when there are already imported pictures of a catalogue. I am not sure why C1 did not import all of them in the first place, but after deleting the already imported ones from the new catalogue and reimporting the whole catalogue it worked.

The problem just occurs when there are already a few imported.
