Can't get Canon cameras to tether to 16.5.3.1
I have updated firmware on cameras, and updated Capture One. I am on a M1 MacBook Pro, 16 inch. Running Sequoia 15.1.1. 32 gigs of RAM.
I have tried 5D mark 4, R6 Mark 2, T7i.... none of those cameras are recognized. I have tried with and without cards installed, and different cables, different USB ports. I am able to shoot tethered to an iMac running an old OS and old version of C1, but nothing on my laptop using the same equipment. Kinda going nutz here... got a big client shoot coming up...
any help would be appreciated.

Search the forums for 'tccutil' .. there is a conversation about resetting the privacy database for Capture One .. think it relates to this.
Also make sure no Canon software is running .. it steals the connections to the camera.

It looks like that fixed it. The R6 works. I'll test the other cameras when I have access to them again on Thursday.
And I stopped using Canon software years ago upon discovering tether conflicts.
