New Mac Pro not recognising Nikon camera when tethering

    Hello,

    Here are a few steps you can try to resolve it:

    1. Update Capture One and macOS: Ensure both Capture One and your macOS are up to date. Sometimes compatibility issues are resolved in newer versions.

    2. Check USB Connections: Make sure your USB cable is properly connected and try using a different USB port on your Mac Pro.

    3. Install TetherBoostCore Controller: Some users have found success using the TetherBoostCore Controller from TetherTools, which helps with power issues that might be causing the connection problem.

    4. Update Camera Firmware: Ensure your Nikon D810 has the latest firmware installed.

    5. Reinstall Capture One: Uninstall and reinstall Capture One to see if that resolves the issue.
