Panasonic S5D no RAW (RW2) support only jpegs

Hi guys , just updated my S5 to a new s5D and now Capture One doesnt see the raw files. I assumed it would be same file format as original S5 (none D ) .

Any ideas please?

  I don't see support for it yet in the official RAW support page: https://support.captureone.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002718118-Camera-Models-and-RAW-Files-Supported-by-Capture-One

  You can inquire with tech support.  New camera models are never automatically supported.  In their system, they have to specifically enable any new model for RAW support after they assess what is required for supporting it (even if the work is minimal).  If the manufacturer tags the RAW file as coming from a different camera, it won't automatically work.
