Once in a while. while importing raw files to a new session, the files don't always end up in the capture folder but they are saved as files in the session folder. What's the best way to move the files into the capture folder, preserving all the edits? I think I could move them and then relocate the files.

    There is no need to worry about relocating, etc. (In the Library tool, not in your OS) just navigate to the folder where the images are and drag them over to the folder you want them to be in. As long as you do this in the Library tool, Capture One will see to moving the edits etc too, and keep track of everything.
