Error on Activation even though all computer are deactivated

    Your name just shows as FirstName LastName, so nobody could link that to your account!

    It may be that you need to submit a support request, using the Request Support link at the top right of this page. 

    Or if you want to see whether your fellow users here in the forum can help, please provide more information. Not personal details, but things like whether you are on Mac or Windows, what version of MacOS or of Windows, and what version of Capture One? What exactly happens when you open the app? Have you tried to go to Licence... in the Capture One menu (on Mac - I'm not sure which menu it is on in Windows). Do you have a licence code for the version of Capture One you are trying to run?

    Thanks Ian. They are making it really hard to find any sort of contact support.

    I have an error message when placing in the correct license key. All computer deactivated but its still coming up as an error

    Said Error in Red. I can't recall or show you as I've had to buy a new subscription to make do. Trying to log out to try it again but having trouble as its linking to the new purchase
