Unable to download RAW files
Hi, not sure if anyone has this problem. I had a notification when I launched C1 asking me to submit an error report for a previous crash of the software. After I submitted the error report, I was unable to download my RAW files. The error message reads "0 images have been imported into the catalog. XX images failed to copy" I shut down and restarted my PC also to no avail.
If anyone has a solution, would appreciate any help.

A number of questions:
- What version of Capture One?
- What OS version?
- What type of RAW files?
- Have you verified the integrity of the catalog?
- How much free space on the target disk?
- In the Library panel, have you checked the "Recent Imports" collections to see if you can find your images there?
- If you open the Event log window with Windows/Event Log or the Activities Window, does it tell you anything useful?
- Are you using referenced images or in-catalog images?
- Have you looked at where you import the RAW files to on your disk to see whether the RAW files are physically there already just not showing in the catalog?
- As an experiment, you could create a new, empty catalog and try to import them into that. That would give you an indication of whether this is an issue with the catalog or some other issue.

Hi JF,
Thanks for all the suggestions. I created a new catalog and solved the problem. Many thanks again for your inputs.
Cheers
