    Hello,

While it is possible to work from A NAS server, Capture One does not officially support working directly off a NAS for Sessions or Catalogs, as this can lead to instability and crashes, regardless of network speed. While storing images on a NAS is possible, we strongly recommend keeping the session database (.cosessiondb) or catalog (.cocatalog) on a local drive to ensure stability.

    For a possible workaround, try:

    1. Ensuring you have full read/write permissions for Capture One on the NAS.
    2. Testing with a new session stored locally to check if the issue is related to NAS access.

While Capture One offers multi-user licenses, it is not designed for real-time multi-user access to a single session or catalog file over a network. For collaboration, users typically work on separate local sessions/catalogs and sync final files manually on a shared folder. Or using Capture One Live.
