Adding Titles and Descriptions?

Hello!

Forgive my newbie question (I'm a Lightroom transplant), but where do you add titles and descriptions to photos? Is that in the metadata panel?

  In the Metadata tool, if you scroll a long way down, you can add that kind of thing.

  

  To be honest, I don't make much use of that, and I prefer to use Keywords. But it can be done.
