I'm not sure. It's years since I used Windows at work (as I'm now retired) and even longer since I used Windows at home. But I used to use Windows at work with multiple screens and I have a feeling that the answer must be in Control Panel somewhere. (Or whatever they call it now - did I see somewhere that Control Panel is becoming a thing of the past?)

Maybe another Windows user will chip in and shed some light on it.

Thanks, Ian. It is working now. I started playing with the System > Multitasking settings. I turned "Snap windows" off. Then, in Capture One 23, I set the Workspaces to Dual Monitor - Large Viewer. The maximize / restore windows icon button, and minimize button, then appeared in the upper right part of the Window, as it should. I then restored Snap Window to on. I can now drag the C1 window to different screens. In short, I am not sure why I originally only could see the "X" (close the window) button on startup and not drag/resize, but all seems well now.
