    I'm not certain what Lars is referring too. Part of applying the Orton Effect is overlaying a blurred image with a sharp image. In photoshop you'd use blending modes to do this, Capture One does not have blend modes, only an opacity slider. Capture One also does not have the means to make an image blurry (aside from negative clarity, but that looks like negative clarity not the orton effect). Capture One can not overlay two separate images either, so I don't see how you'd be able to do this in Capture One. You're probably better off trying to achieve it in camera if you don't have Ps and your camera is capable of double exposures.

    Hi, I only wanted to say what I said. What I thought about is to make two pics with the camera. But I never heard about OE before and read something for here was no answer. Reg., lars
