PS 100% is larger than Capture One v9.2.1 100%

I'm having an issue with images that have been processed (full sized jpgs and/or tiffs) and opened in photoshop being much larger at 100% then they are at 100% in Capture One v9.2.1. What I'm viewing as sharp at 100% in Capture One isn't sharp in PS at 100%. In PS the images look more like they do at 200% in Capture One. It seems to me that the 100% view in Capture One v9.2.1 is more like 50%. I've never had this problem before with previous versions of Capture One. I was on Capture One v7.x.x before upgrading. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there anything that I can do to resolve this issue (aside from maybe reviewing images at 200% in Capture One)?

    100% is 100%. Are you sure you're in 100% in Capture One, and not in "fit to screen" size? Also check the crop tool isn't selected (because if it is, you're seeing the whole picture and not the crop you've made).

    Presumably you can work out whether what either of the apps is showing you as 100% really is, from knowing the dimensions in pixels of your image and the resolution of your screen?
