Problems exporting files
Hello,
in Capture One 20, when i export files, sometimes there is some problem that broke my pictures.
Is a random problem. If i export again the same file, it can be perfect.
I work with a Dell XPS 15 with Intel i9, 32gb ram, NVidia 1050Ti and a eGPU (RazerCoreX + NVidia RTX 2080Ti).
I didn't have problems with the same configuration, but with Capture One 12.1.
I attached an exemple.
Thank you

You could try turning off hardware acceleration and see whether that helps. If it does, you might need to look at updating a video card driver, or un-updating it to a previous driver.

Also try without the eGPU connected but hardware acceleration active.
I would guess you need a different driver for each GPU. I can only image that offers plenty of opportunity for internal processing confusion.
There is a log file for the GPU(s) kernel building. That might offer some general clues about what has happened during the GPU assessment stage.

I had the same problem with v12 and it still happens with v20. I was really hoping 20 had it fixed.
Sometimes totally black, sometimes a wild grayscale plaid.0
