Colour rendition problem when exporting
As a new user I'm having a problem with colour rendition when I edit a RAW file in Capture One 20 and then export it as a JPG to Windows 7 File Explorer. Colours in the JPG file are subdued and look slightly underexposed compared with the RAW. I would post comparative photos but I don't think I can show how the photo looks in Capture One.
Export settings are JPG with Quality set to 100, ICC Profile - Embed Camera Profile, Resolution 300px/in, fixed scale. Has anyone got any idea where I may be going wrong? It's sure to be something simple and obvious but apparently not obvious to me! J.

Don't embed the Camera Profile - make it sRGB instead and see how they look then. 0 -
Thank you SFA. I have selected sRGB IEC61966-2.1 and that seems to have sorted things out. In my ignorance I would have expected that 'Embed Camera Profile' would have been correctly 'matched' to my Sony RX100 M6 but I guess I have misunderstood what is involved with the ICC Profile. I must read up on it. Great forum with helpful folks. J. 0
