Sorting and rearranging User Collections

Permanently deleted user
Am I missing something or is it not possible to sort/rearrange User Collections and have them saved? When I rearrange a collection the arrangement is back to whatever C1 decides it wants it to be when I reopen a Library or Session. This is really really annoying.

    Yes, but the arrangement is not saved when you close C1.
