Obtaining License Key for C1 20
Hello,
I am a Capture One 12 Mac perpetual license holder. On Oct. 28, I took advantage of the 20% discount to pre-order a license upgrade tp Capture One 20. I have the email from Fastspring documenting I paid for the upgrade. To date, I have not received a license key for the upgrade. How do I provide proof to Capture One that I purchased an upgrade and obtain a license key for Capture One 20 Macintosh? The support page on the website does not provide a means to attach a file, e.g. an invoice for having paid for the upgrade.
I need to get an license ASAP as I deleted my copy of C1 12 after downloading C1 20.
Thank you,
Stephen Scharf

The Fastspring confirmation email should contain a "lIcence" code.
This is actually a coupon code for practical purposes.
Are you sure you do not have that?
Immediate options are:
Download V12 again and re-install with your previously issued key.
Download V20 and run it in Trial mode - you now will need an activation key for that too,
That gets things operational.
Then look here for articles that should lead you to the assistance you need.

This threw me for a big curve when I tried to license C1 20. There's a quick help article on C1's site. Basically, you need to sign into your account, "buy" the upgrade, and enter the FastSpring "license" in the Coupon box.
That should reduce the upgrade price to zero and you'll get a real license code after "completing" the purchase. Not exactly intuitive and I wish the FastSpring purchase confirmation email had given these steps.0
