Is there a Capture One Pro 20 for Sony?
I upgraded to Capture One Pro for Sony 12 that included the upgrade to Pro 20 for Sony but the upgrade to v20 doesn't seem to be the Pro version. What am I doing wrong?

You need to acquire the proper license key that will activate the software to the right product, Capture One Pro 20 (for Sony) in your case.
The buy/upgrade to 12 and get 20 for free promotion has created some confusion as it seems that the code you received for 20 is not a license code but a coupon code to buy the license for free. Still with me?
