Is it possible to lock image files to prevent accidentally changing the settings?

    No, though it is a feature that has been suggested before. If you think it is a good idea, you could suggest it by means of a feature request (using the support case system). The more users who request the feature, the more likely Phase One are to think it is worth implementing.
