Wireless Third monitor (Eizo) workflow
Using three monitors with C1 Pro is simple for the most part in the studio using an extended dvi cable/usb/power to the third monitor (usually for clients of the photographer). I would like to eliminate the cords used on the third monitor (at least the dvi and USB). I am wondering if there is a way to wirelessly transmit the dvi signal from the computer running C1 pro to the monitor. I know this can be done with HDTV's by simply plugging a USB stick like Chromecast but I haven't seen a product yet for DVI signal to DVI input through the Eizo.
specs:
MacPro 5,1
Eizo ColorEdge CG223 x3
C1Pro 8.2

Yep! It's called Teradek.

Edit: Scratch that. You absolutely have to have DVI? You could always HDMI > DVI if necessary on the RX end of the Teradek. Otherwise we typically run a 25/50ft DVI Cable.
Another option is to keep a client based viewer there but the Capture Pilot portion of the software is still very immature and underdeveloped.0 -
