Capture One 12 license not online after download v20

I bought the full Capture One 12 Pro version last year in December and paid for the V20 upgrade when it was offered online. Yesterday (12/5/19) I downloaded the new V20 version but did NOT install it yet. Today (12/6/19), I was going to process an image in Capture One 12 and I got a warning about activating the license as I try to open the software. I went online to Phaseone and logged into my account and found my purchase history is GONE!!! WTF? What happened to my purchase history? Tried opening V12 again and "activating" my v12 license and get a message that the license is deactivated!!!!! Anyone else have this issue?

    Sounds odd.

    That said re-activating V12 would be normal although I would have thought you would need to have activated V20 first for that to apply.

    Use the new license key to activate V20. Should work unless you have something very odd going on.

    The new C20 license is now your license for C20, C12 and any earlier versions you have. PhaseOne deactivates the old license and replaces it with a new one when you upgrade.

    Just wanted to chime in and add that I'm having the same issue. My Capture One 20 voucher was unrecognized but after submitting a support ticket I was finally able to enter it today. However, I'm not showing any active licenses registered to my account now that my upgrade has been processed. Both my old Capture One 12 Fujifilm and my Capture One 20 licenses have disappeared and my old copy of Capture One 12 even refuses to open now.

    Try to run in trial mode while support - where you have opened a case - works this out for you.

    Note that for COPro 20 to run in trial mode, you have to get a trial key from their website. COPro 12 trial runs without a key.

    I am having similar issue. I purchased Capture One Pro Sony 12 - Perpetual license now the activation key is gone. I am unable to use Older version also. Please note I don't want to upgrade, In that it should work with older version.
