Exporting video (original) does not work

    It may be that the Export command does not work on videos. Are you on a Mac or Windows? if you are on a Mac, and your catalog is managed (images stored within the catalog itself) you can see the files stored in the catalog if you right click the catalog file (called something like MyCatalog.cocatalogdb) and choose Show package contents. You can then see the folders within the catalog, and you could copy the video files to some other location on your computer.

    Or, I suppose, you could just find the videos in your catalog and within Capture One navigate to the folder on your file system where you want them to go and drag and drop the.

    I had this problem and did not realize that the option to export movies, by default, is not activated. After you right click on the image and select Export Originals, you need to make sure the the "Include Movies" option is checked in the export dialog box. This option is the second check-box from the bottom.
