Big dust/dirt spots removal

Hello,

I got this photo with nice sky ... and 2, almost invisible but still there, dust or dirt spots. What would be your recommendation on how to remove them from photo?



I also do not understand the origin of those. the sensor has nothing like it on the surface and it does not appear on all photos.

  Could it be the result of dust on the lens surface? How strongly that would show up would be affected by the aperture used. The deeper depth of field at a narrow aperture can make such dust more noticeable.
  
  Or is it some kind of flare artefact? From the direction of the shadows, this seems to be shot into the sun.
  
  To remove them you could try (1) the dust/spot removal tool in C1, if the radius will go large enough, or (2) using heal or clone layers with a very soft edged brush, or (3) using some kind of context aware fill tool in another application such as the inpainting brush in Affinity Photo, or context aware fill (is that what they call it?) in Photoshop. But with any method it is hard, because of the size of them and especially because the one on the right overlaps the cloud.

  That looks more to me like flare than dust spot. Dust spot are typically very small and are more defined the more you're stopped down.
  
  It appears as though you were shooting into the sun. To avoid this in the future you could block the direct sunlight from hitting the front element of the lens.

  Thank you very much. I will try to use the healing layer and test the in-to-the-sun shots.
