No puedo hacer la actualización promocional

Compre el Capture One en noviembre con la promoción de que podría hacer la actualización al Capture One 20 gratis, y no me deja, o no sé cómo hacer para que me dé el nuevo código. No sé que hacer ni donde meter el código que me dieron de actualización 😭

    I bought the Capture One in November with the promotion that I could do the upgrade to Capture One 20 for free, and it doesn't let me, or I don't know how to get the new code. I don't know what to do or where to put the code they gave me to update

    It seems that the code you got is not the license key but a discount code. You should go to the Capture One shop, buy your license, enter that code and the payment should go to zero.

    If that does not work, contact Capture One support from the Help menu in Capture One or https://support.captureone.com/hc/en-us
