IIQ images looking blue
From a Windows user.
Problem faced : IIQ images when viewed in CaptureOne look blue.
Steps taken on a recent shooting-
- Used a Hasselblad + PhaseOne back,
- Used elinchrome lights,
- Images tethered to MacBook, through CaptureOne,
- Images look perfectly colour balanced,
- CaptureOne on MacBook converted images to TIFF, and stored (raw and TIFFs) to portable HDD,
Stage 2 -
- All the data from HDD was transferred to another Mac,
- HDD foramatted for Windows,
- All the data from Mac was transferred back to HDD again,
- Now the HDD was attached to a Windows PC,
- Images seen on CaptureOne on the PC look blue, as if some blue gel is placed on lights.
Can someone investigate ''what went wrong?'
can submit a screenshot or an actual image.

This is a User to User forum by intent.
It sounds like you are asking for Technical Support.
If so you really need to create a Support Case and seek the assistance of the the Phase One supporters in identifying what might be the cause of your concern.
All I can say is that I don't think it should be necessary to have to reformat drives for MAC/PC portability but there is nothing about such a process that should affect the files.
Are you using a fully colour managed approach for the screens on both systems?
The Support Team will also likely need to understand which version of both operating systems you are using and various other aspects of your configurations but it is best for me to leave it to them to ask the questions they need to ask.
HTH.
