see library tool, open the folders, they should have a red instead of a green symbol. Try locating the topmost image folder with menu item "locate".
hope this helps

Hello BeO,
thanks for answering. Unfortunately the Folder in question on drive E: is also marked green and the locate Option is greyed out.
Thanks0 -
Hm, then, if you rename the image folder in explorer/finder, it should become red, then maybe the locate function becomes enabled? 0 -
Hi BeO
renaming is a possibility. I tried this already:
1. I renamed the Image Folder on drive C:
2. C1 responds with an exclamation mark ! for the image folder on C:
3. I located the now missing Folder on C: with the one on E: (took a couple minutes)
4. Only 3/4 of the folders and subfolders were now located correctly
5. I run a database repair
6. Now most of the Folders and subfolders showed up
7. The still missing ones must be added manually
It is a workaround but not a relyable one. Phase One should find an easy solution. I launched a support case already.
Thanks again!0 -
great that you got it done.
one question: how did you do a database repair?0 -
Hi,
this is located under
File
- Verify Catalog or Session
- then verify and selecting database, when database not ok
- repair
