Phase one Support server error 2016June 10
I have been attempting to read a support link to an issue. Clicking on the link or pasting it into the browser informs me that there is a server error and to try later. I tried later, but the server remains off line. If I go to "My Cases" it only lists the first 10 from 2015, not the recent ones. Phase One does not have away of notifying the web master when a server error occurs. E-mail form Phase One similarly does not have mechanism for a reply. If support monitors this site I would appreciate a response. Thanks.
