Combo of Sony camera and Dropbox/Google drive not working

I have both tha A7R3 and 4 and none of them work to shoot tethered with if I have Dropbox or Google drive up and running.

C1 won´t fint the camera. This have never been a problem when shooting with Canon or Nikon.

Anyone else has these problems and more important. Have you found a solution?

    With Dropbox running, I have never experienced this (although I have not tried this yet with CO20). With Google Backup and Sync this is a known issue. More users have reported issues when this Google app was running.
