Channel mixer?

There are a couple of related things - but nothing actually called "channel mixer"

If you're using IR, then going into the "Black & White" editing panel, and clicking the "Enable black & white" checkbox gives you the ability to adjust the color sensitivity levels (which is what I actually think you're looking for).

Alternatively, there is a "channel mixer" tool (called "Color Balance") but it's more in the format of video color grading wheels than just sliders the way you'd see in photoshop. Same basic functionality but the interface is set up to be more in line with how video color grading happens so it takes a bit of time to wrap your head around if you've never done any work in that space. Very powerful though once you've gotten the hang of it.

    Good luck!

Nobody "forced" you to do any such thing - http://www.adobe.com/uk/products/cs6.html - any more than you were forced to post your utterly off-topic and utterly irrelevant yammering about the subscription pricing model.

    Keep it for Adobe.
