Using PLEX to show Photos

I would like to use PLEX to share my photos with my family using a Mac Server and ROKU/TV. PLEX can use Aperture libraries and Smart Albums but not CO. Not a surprise. I certainly don't want to put my audience to sleep looking at all my pics for a Project, so I'm guessing I need a Smart Album for the Project containing rated pictures.

I'm imaging my work flow would be to rate my photos to share, create a Smart Album for 4+ Stars, export them in to a select folder and use PLEX to access that folder. Anyone have a better idea?

    And do not forget to create dedicated smart album for already exported photos.
    So for photos that you want to export you can check for search criteria called "Processed", which will allow you not to reprocess same images over again and again and then possibly have duplicates.
