Import and display in library
I am migrating from lightroom and one of the things that I did like in lightroom was that the library had a display divided into Year > Month > Date. That I really found very easy to use. What is happening in Capture one (atleast in default) is that every time I import - it becomes a new entry in the library like Recent imports > Date > time. I am sometimes importing many times a day and this is causing considerable confusion. May I please request if someone could tell me how I can reset the display in library as listed above. and if at all - one last import could show so that I can delete all the non essential stuff before it gets into the Year > Month > Date style of library.
I did try to find a reply to my question by searching for an answer - but still would apologise if it sounds stupid.

Display "All Images" and then filter by date, maybe? 0 -

Hi Schema
COP has a different design philosophy to Lightroom and once you start thinking similarly I believe it is more adaptable. Library>Catalog Collections>Recent Imports you cannot change but in User Collections, below Catalog Collections in the Library, you have the freedom to catalog images in whatever way you wish, so you could achieve what you want here. Alternatively, and more simply, if you are using referenced images then import to a folder labelled in the way you wish and it will appear in Folders, beneath User Collections, in the format you wish. It's so long since I used managed images I can't remember what the display possibilities are.0
