Capture One 20 "Sessions Archive . cocatalogdb fails

My Sessions Catalogue Archive keeps crashing down and the "Varify and Repair also fails as the error message says that it can't read the database. It gives me a generic message that says " The catalog failed some basic clarification checks. Would you like to run diagnostic checks and attempt repairs if necessary?" But then whenI click the "Varify and Repair" option then it fails to read the database. I could not back up the catalog so I can not also restore from backup.

  Do you mean you were never able to backup the catalog from Capture One in the past? Have you looked into the Backup folder? You can find that folder path in the Preferences, General tab

  Can you tell use what the Sessions Catalogue Archive does.
  
  Is it basically a Catalogue and nothing else?
