Unable to purchase from Canada
I've been trying to upgrade my Capture One 12 license to Capture One 20 for a quite a while, but it seems impossible. No matter what I do, when I get to the check-out screen it shows as if I'm in the US. I can't use my credit card since it won't accept letters in the Zip code. I tried Paypal but I get the following error message : " Your PayPal account's country was different. We've updater your order using the country on your Paypal account. Please review the total and try again". The message disappears instantly. The order is not updated.
Anyone had similar issues? I've contacted their support team but so far they've been helpless, only short 2-3 words answer, I'm not even sure they read my full request.

Your computer is telling the internet that it is in the US for some reason. Are you using a VPN to stream Netflix US or some such thing, perhaps? 0 -
I'm not. I've even tried a VPN to another location in Canada and I'm still being identified as from the US. 0 -
That made me think of one thing. I just tried to manually pick another location in Canada (Toronto), and it worked properly. I think most of the IP addresses close to Montreal (at least the ones I've tried) are wrongly identified as being from the US.
