2 Camera Switching

I use two cameras sometimes and switch between them using the drop down menu in the camera tool. I'll have next capture adjustments set to copy from primary so all the proper settings will stay with which ever camera I'm using when I click on the last picture taken by that camera.

My questions is this, does anyone know of a way to make the camera I'm using change based on which image I have selected? Sort of like copy from primary only for switching cameras. Perhaps this can be done with scripting?
