C1 newb - "edit with" (Photoshop) MAC

Hi All!

So, I've been using the "edit with" command to send photos to Photoshop for some retouching. The first time I tried it, after I saved the photo in Photoshop, the retouched .TIF showed up right next to the raw in C1. This was great as it's the workflow I'm used to (I'm a long-time Lightroom user).

Though now they're not coming back to the C1 catalog anymore and I don't know what to do.

I don't know if i'm in catalog or "a session" etc. Using a Macbook Pro.

    So you right-click on a raw file, and select "Edit with..."? What happens next?

    I choose to open it in Photoshop, it opens in Photoshop. I make my Photoshop edits, then I save my work in Photoshop.

    I want to see that .TIF I saved in Photoshop appear back with the same star rating in C1

    Thanks, that is something different then what I read in your first post. So you do get the image appear in CO8, but without the star rating?

    The first time I did it, the image appeared in CO8 after I saved it in Photoshop.

    Now when I try to do it, it doesn't appear at all, with or without rating.

    Whether you use a catalog or session, I suggest to verify its database. See Verify command from File menu.
