Photomechanic

I am a windows user, I have recently started using C1 Pro 12, I also use Photomechanic. My question is on Workflow, I tend to use Photomechanic like most people to view and cull my images, but what method/file organisation do people use from PM to C1. This is how Far I have got with my thoughts on how to do it
1) I use an external SSD to dump from the memory card and edit my images, which is mirrored as a backup to an external hard drive. Create a title folder for the job with 2 sub folders 1-Raw Files & 2-Selections
2) Dump all images through PM from my SD card to 1-Raw Files folder on my SSD
3) Cull Images and save all selected images into 2-Selections folder
4) Open C1 Session and point to 2-Selections folder for my Capture
5) Edit my images and do all I need to do for outputs etc
After this is where I’m not sure, once a job is complete I then move everything from the SSD to a Raid and cloud backup system, will C1 path still follow this?, is this way going to work? How do you do it is what I suppose I am asking to get ideas on a system that will work for me

It you move images, and include the Capture One subfolder with Settings folder, you have to browse to the new location inside Capture One but the adjustments will all be there.
Whether you specific system works is a matter of trying.0 -
Are you using sessions or a catalogue (or catalogues) approach?
Do you expect to do a lot of further editing on the images or just an occasional revision?
