Maintain Subfolder Structure for Outputs
Quick question. Is there a way to automatically maintain your folder structure when processing? For example, if I have 10 subfolders in my Capture folder for each look and I want to process out jpg proofs for the client, is there a way to create those same 10 folders within the Output folder and make the images go into their respective look subfolders automatically in one click? Currently I'm exporting one look at a time and changing the subfolder in the output recipe every time. There must be an easier way, no?
Thanks in advance

There's no way to do that currently without manually typing those folder names in the Sub-Folder name.
It's been a hot request for that to change.0 -
If you know the Looks you could duplicate the jog output recipe and create a recipe for each look to make the folders in the Output folder.
Or you could add folder name to the file name, output to a single folder and quickly split by file name.
Or output to the image folder in a sub-folder then gather the output folders and move them to a common location.
Not quite as elegant as output to "Output > Look Name" Folder but not that much effort in reality as an interim approach whilst awaiting the enhancement.
HTH.

Thanks for the responses. All great ideas, I think the way I'm doing it right now is still the fastest option though. I've heard talk that this feature is present in ver 8.2 so I'm excited for that. Seems like a feature that should have been present since the beginning.... 0
