Customizing toolbar nor working properly

I can't seem to be able to make this work on C20.
On C12 there were spaces before and after the "cursors", now they are like invisible spaces, can not be adjusted plus some tools do not appear like "Move to selects" no matter how many times I tried to added.

Anybody else seeing this?

  While customizing the toolbar, I see a bit of 'invisible' space at the right of the cursor tools.
  
  I can add 'Move to Selects' to the toolbar without problems.

  Thanks for your quick response. Then it had to be me.
  So I deleted C20 and reinstalled and is sort of ok.
  Once I saved the toolbar the way I wanted I had to leave it alone because has glitches (icon added looks like floating below the bar height) if I keep making changes.

  I am having difficulties with the toolbar as well. The "move to selects" and "Delete" button are visible in the toolbar but as soon as I click to edit they disappear. I cannot put them back are they are grey out in the selection and when I close edit they are there again. When editing the toolbar the space on the right hand side of the "capture" button is empty but it's behaving like there are 2 invisible flexible spaces.
