    With regard to troubleshooting, try to set the hardware acceleration to Never in the Preferences, General tab.

    In addition, I hope you send in the crash reports when the crash reporter opens after a crash. This will help solving the problem. You can also open a support case.

    eMail or did you create a Support Case which would then be managed to give you oa personalised service?

    Submitted request thru their website. Received response this morning saying that they are aware of this issue and have high volume of issues after their launch and will resolve in a proper manner.
