Sony Alpha 7III-can't import arw files

I just downloaded theCapture one for Sony Trial version and was trying to import some Sony RAW files, but it didn't work. What am I doing wrong? I thought C1 for Sony would work with arw?

    Could you be more specific about what did not work? Where you not able to import or open any file? Do you use a catalog or session?

    I created a new catalogue and clicked on import images. When I select the folder containing the arw files they are all grey and can't be selected.

    Please note that when you select a folder, you click the Open button, and return to the Import Images dialog. Now you can select the images.
