Yes, you can do this - I do it all the time.

In the catalog, use the Import Images command on the File menu. (Not the Import Session command, which brings in the whole of the session.) Then in the Import dialog box, for the Source, find the Selects folder of your session. Presumably you want to leave the images where they are and just add them to the catalog - in that case the destination should be set to current location. Make sure you check the box in the Adjustments section to include existing adjustments.

    Thanks Ian.
I'll give that a try. Is there any difference between importing a session vs bringing in some files?

Yes. Importing a session brings in the whole contents of the session, Capture Folder, Selects, etc. I generally only bring into my catalog the keepers from the session, that is the ones in the Selects folder.
